Softball Champonship

There was a softball team in my school. It was co-ed(boys and girls). My friend convinced me to try out and I did. I made the team after two tryouts. We had the best record of the season, we had a 8-2 record. We had the best record so we were able to skip the first game. I wasn't able to make the playoffs until the semifinals.

I made it half way through the game of the semifinal. We were down 3 to 0. I felt bad because I wasn't able to be there to help. It was the second last inning. Our defense took the other school out fast. My team went up to bat and knocked out of the park. We got two people on a base and then our big guy got a homer. We finished the last inning easily. That is when we went to the finals. It was a low scoring game. Then second inning we were down 4-0 the whole game went like this. The second last inning was intense. We scored four points and then got out. In the last inning we took the out the other school fast from batting. It was our turn. We had to score once and we would have one. I was first to bat. I swung and missed and accidentally threw the bat. I was nervous. I went again but tried not to get too nervous. I looked down, waited, and sung when the ball came. I ran to first base and was safe. My other two teammates were walked so I was on third base. My teammate hit me home and we had won the championship. It seamed like a cliche movie win but it was a intense game.

Book blog: Lord of The Flies

    Lord of The Flies is a unique book. It sounds like an average cliche book about  out boys and an island. The book is way deeper then that. The book is about 248 pages long. This book is an allegory, young adult fiction, and a novel. A quote I found intresting in the book was "maybe there is a beast… maybe it's only us.” This quote is a big part of the story and you need to reed the boom to understand what this represents. 



Summary: This story timeline is somewhere towards the end of world war 2. A group of little boys and teens is taken down. No adult survives and only the boys. They at first look at it as a gift, they have unlimited freedom and can play around. They later realize it is a curse, so they decided to form a civilization and Ralph is the leader. They blow a conch to form meetings. This kid named Jack doesn't like how much power Ralph has or his order so he forms a savage like tribe. They have rituals and feast. The savage group raids the civilized one and acts like a game. They get crazier by the days. (This book has a lot of symbols and actions to show a bigger meaning. In this book you really have to think to understand the symbols.)

Something that scares me

I wouldn't call myself exactly a person who gets scared easily. I am not scared of the dark, I'm not scared of the outside world, and I am not scared to be alone. I am scared of scary movies. Scary movies is the one thing I can try, but will get scared.

I watched scary movies when I was little, but all of the sudden I just got creeped out of scary movies. The new movies are so graphic and realistic, they are meant to scare you. Scary movies even had a trick where they add a frequency in the music lower then what we can hear, but it gets you on edge and be suspenful.(http://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/how-the-hidden-sounds-of-horror-movie-soundtracks-freak-you-out). Also scary movies make me feel so weak, because you just watch and can't do anything. I can't comprehend why people do this for. I plan on watching a scary movie soon but I might squeeze the person next to me hard.

My Most fun Friday

I had many fun Fridays like party's or get togethers. They all have been fun but non as cool as the one I experienced recently. It started as an ordinary Friday. Waking up and going to school like any day. Then Later on the school day ended and the fun was about to begin.

My friends and I decided to go to the park. We went at around 5 and decided to play softball. It was a crazy game with amazing catches and hit. We got bored and later on played infected. It's kinda like tag one tag all and we played all around the park. I was it and chased my friends. I jumped a small river that was full of mud. My cousin decided and got stuck. He lost his shoe so he had to go back in it and try to find it. The river was full of nasty things and smell bad but my cousin jumped in it precisely where he shoe was "at". I was laughing so much that I was crying. We stopped the game and watched my cousin get my shoe. He gave up so we continued our game. It was to much that I can't explain it, but it was one of my best Friday.

Last month as an 8th grader

The last month of the school year can be easier or harder on some people. For me it is between for many reasons. It is easier because the teachers do give work but try to help and make it easier and comfortable. It is easier because people seem to relax more. Everyone seems to be relax because the school year is almost done. That doesn't mean it is not hard.

The end of this school year also seems difficult as an 8th grader. We have to focus on high schools and maybe even entry exams. We take more important test then younger grades and it can make you nervous. People also seem to care less so it kinda seems more chaotic. For me it is especially hard because my middle and elementary school are connected so I been in the same building for my whole life, and then all of the sudden I'm going to a huge school. All in all the last month of the school ear can be difficult but can also be relaxing. It has been a phenomenal  year.

Book blog:The Hangman Revolution

The Hangman Revolution is a fictional book. It was made by Eoin Colfer. This part is the second part of the series. This book is 376. An interesting quote was " Time travels creates chaos, and chaos doesn't follow your rules. That's why it's called chaos" and this quote is intersecting on how small things can cause a big difference. This book takes place in London.


Summary: This book is a made up one. It starts with the main character Cherie becoming an agent for a organization. This organization is kinda like a cult, and she doesn't want to be apart it. She try's to fight against it. She Later meets a guy from the future, and they both want to stop the cult. Their priority was to go back in time and stop the cult from starting.

Spring Break

This blog is a bit too late, but better late then never. My spring break was a normal one for the most part. I was excited for it. All day in school I was anxious to leave. I was looking at the clock just waiting for the magic numbers 3:17. Each class seamed longer then usual. Then I say the time and I ran. I got my things and left and didn't look back.

The first day of my break was fun. I went to a national park, had a cook out there, and then went to hotel and swam in the pool. Then half of the week I slept and relaxed and it felt good. Then Thursday and Friday I had party's and bonfires. Then the last two days of my break I tried to enjoy them but was nervous and furious to acknowledge the fact that school was right around the corner. Then I was back in school that Monday.
